Through a license fee, our partner organisation ARTHELPS will automatically receive 60€ for every clothing piece sold. This money is used to build the so called Creative Hubs, permanent local facilities which offer creative workshops to endorse confidence and hope in the partaking children. The 60€ cover the cost for workshop partictipations of 1 Child for 1 Year (1C1Y) including a meal.

Shopping, Shipping & Returns
You can click this link to our returns portal, which you also find in the footer below. Simply enter your order number and email address and we will get back to you with a return label and send you the fitting size.
Once you've placed an order, you should receive an e-mail, confirming your successfull purchase. Depending on your shipping method and region, your oder will the arrive within a span of 2 weeks.
Following shipping times are estimated (in working days):
Germany & Austria: 2-3 Days EU: 3-4 Days International: 3-14 Days
These are estimates for standard shipping. However due to deliveries to remote destinations, shortpasses or further security checks, they may vary. In the case of an expectated delay or a sold out item, we will contact you directly.

Within EU taxes are included in the checkout prices. For all shippments outside of the EU, the costumer is responsible for VAT and import duties.
Unfortunately, we have limited control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Sustainability
Together with our sourcing partners at TriStyle sourcing, we can ensure safe and environmental friendly work conditions. Our materials are certified organic cotton, mulesing free wool or recycled synthetics as indicated.
Working with experienced partners such as TriStyle Sourcing makes it possible to trace the production of the individual parts of the garment - a requirement for the majority of certifications. They have a selected network of partners which is nurtured and audited regularly.
Before commissioning our first collection, we demanded following criteria of us and our manufacturers: Quality of product, novelty, fair production and sustainability.
In balancing out these factors, we found that, especially when it comes to knit, some of our Asian partners excelled. Insuring that all social and sustainable standards were met, we decided to produce a part of our collection overseas to give you, our costumers, the finest possible clothing.
We always prioritise transport by train, truck and sea and avoid by air if possible.
Charity
ARTHELPS has proven their consistency over the last 7 years through various activities, locally as well as internationally. Independent, as well as national press have reported about their outstanding work and the effective results of their innovative approach.
Secondly, they are registered non-profit, a "gGmbH" (German), which demands under federal law, to use all profits for charitable causes.
ARTHELPS founder Tom Lupo is part of the 1C1Y Team. Having this a relationship to our partner organisation is crucial to ensure transparency, regular updates on the supported projects and staying in touch with ARTHELPS vision and goals.
During the process of building the Creative Hubs, of which very likely the first ones will be in the Ukraine and Iraq, your contributions will be either saved or used to support local workshops in Germany. Here ARTHELPS already has continuous running programs in disadvantaged neighbourhoods, using the same creative methods to bring hope and perspective to the neighbourhoods.
We transfer all the collected money on a regular basis to ARTHELPS to remain transparent, avoid embezzlement and keep our word.
