SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
GENERAL INFORMATION
We ship worldwide, with the exception of the United States of America.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in 74638 Waldenburg, Germany.
Orders within the European Union are shipped via DHL or Deutsche Post. International shipments are handled by DHL, Deutsche Post, or UPS.
Delivery to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, and non-EU countries:
Please note that shipments outside the EU may be subject to additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. They may be collected by the shipping carrier or local authorities.

Germany: Free standard shipping
EU: Free standard shipping
Switzerland, Liechtenstein, UK: Free standard shipping
Rest of the world: €30 standard shipping
DELIVERY TIME
We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to three business days. The delivery times listed below are additional.
Orders are only shipped after payment has been confirmed.
Germany: 1–2 business days
EU: 3–5 business days
Switzerland, Liechtenstein, UK: 3–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates for standard shipping. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
We reserve the right to delay shipment if additional security checks are required for payment verification. You will be notified by email in case of delays or if an item is out of stock.
TRACKING
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email in your shipping confirmation.
TAXES & DUTIES
For deliveries within the EU, the applicable VAT is included in the displayed price.
For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import VAT or customs duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer if levied by authorities or the carrier.
OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 14 days. We will issue a full refund for all returned items, provided they are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original tags.
RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY
Returns within Germany are free of charge.
Register your return via your customer account by clicking the “VIEW ORDER” button in the “Delivery delivered” email. You will be automatically redirected to your account, where you can request a return.
You will then receive a free return label via email.
Print the label or use the QR code provided.
Drop off the parcel at your nearest shipping point.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will initiate your refund immediately. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account or on your credit card.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For orders outside Germany, customers are responsible for organizing the return shipment and covering the associated shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order separately. Once your return has been received, we will refund the original purchase amount.
PAYMENT
We accept all major debit and credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Klarna, and Amazon Pay.
SECURITY
We do not store any credit card or financial information. All payments—including optional stored payment details—are processed by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor and is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.
CURRENCIES
Our website automatically displays the currency corresponding to your shipping address. You can change your shipping address manually at any time.
