The power of Courage and Creativity - An interview Elisabeth Strelnyk
fashion
"Creativity requires courage. The process of creating is a constant exposure, a continuous testing of one's limits and ideas."
We recently had the privilege of visiting artist Elisabeth Strelnyk in her Berlin studio. During our visit, we delved into her thoughts on courage and observed her artistic process. Dressed for the occasion in our One Overall, this encounter was not only a showcase of her unique style but also a testament to the shared values that guide our work and aspirations.
Courage in Art and Life
After the emerging creative started shared her personal definition of courage, we quickly realised that it deeply resonates with our brand ethos.
In her artworks, Elisabeth embeds symbols of hope and resilience, such as the Mezuzah—a protective emblem from Jewish culture representing the Tree of Life. This emblem, she explained, signifies stability and security, qualities she believes are universal necessities, transcending cultural boundaries.
The Impact of Environment on Creativity
The ambiance of Elisabeth's studio, a cleared space with space for her colourful art, perfectly complemented her philosophy. Surrounded by her creations, we discussed how her environment influences her work, suggesting that the courage to create is often bolstered by one’s surroundings. "The world is full of opportunities, new experiences and perspectives, but you have to be brave and open up and talk to people."
"Courage is not the absence of fear, but the decision that something else is more important than fear. The real secret is to ignore the negative voices and listen to the positive ones."
Just like the walls of her studio shelter her creative process, our clothes could be seen as a shelter for those who wear them. Dressing with confidence can bring you a courageous mindset to face the world. Elisabeth’s approach to art and her emphasis on courage deeply resonated with us.
Join Our Journey
Elisabeth’s story reinforces our belief that fashion should transcend aesthetic appeal and act as a catalyst for social change. We believe in fashion as a force for good—our garments are not just apparel but a call to impact the world positively.

As Elisabeth aptly puts it, "True leadership is shown in moments when you lead the way, even when the path is unclear. Courageous people inspire others by showing how to handle uncertainty and use it for creative solutions."
Let us take these steps together, dressed in attire that stands for more than just style—garments that symbolize hope, resilience, and the courage to create.
